Day 1
Cape Town
Check in to the TABLE BAY HOTEL for your overnight stay then meet on the outdoor deck late afternoon for welcome drinks and canapes followed by a personal wine tasting with Julian Johnson, owner of one of South Africa's leading wine farms from the Paarl region - Vondeling. Afterwards, South Africa’s leading wine show judge and writer - Michael Fridjhon will present a brief history of Cape Winelands and introduce favourite wines from his personal cellar. Dinner will take the form of a degustation food and wine pairing event. (D)

Day 2 - Morning
Cape Town – Kirstenbosch
After breakfast, you will be taken south along the coast towards Hout Bay before heading inland to explore the magnificent colours of the Botanical Gardens of Kirstenbosch. The next stop will be at the historic vineyards of Constantia, where South African wine-making was born in the 17th century. Hosted by the owner of one of the regions oldest wine farms, Buitenverwachting, enjoy a relaxed outdoor lunch and tasting.

Day 2 - Afternoon
Kirstenbosch - Constantia
This afternoon you will be taken to Steenberg for a private wine and cheese tasting in their executive tasting room. Afterwards, arrive at the five-star luxury residence of CONSTANTIA AT THE CELLARS-HOHENORT for your two-night stay.

Day 2 - Evening
Constantia
The evening starts with a wine tasting masterclass focused on South Africa's premier wine varietals hosted by Riedel, the leaders in fine glassware. Afterwards enjoy a superb degustation dinner complete with premium paired wines, at the hotels' multi-award winning top 10 restaurant - Greenhouse. (B, L, D)

Day 3 - Morning
Constantia
The morning you will be taken to Eagles Nest Vineyard where you can enjoy a walk to the elevated outlook on the estate for a wine tasting before returning to the cellar gardens, sampling entire portfolio. Afterwards, you will head to Noordhoek, for a tasting and estate tour with talented winemaker, Riandri at Cape Point Vineyards, followed by lunch on the restaurant deck with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 3 - Afternoon
Constantia
Later, you will be taken to the iconic Constantia vineyard - Constantia Glen, for an exclusive aged release vertical tasting and an estate tour with the winemaker.

This evenings dinner event will be at one of the world's top 100 restaurants - La Colombe - for a 14 course degustation and wine pairing experience.

Day 4 - Morning
Constantia – Stellenbosch
After breakfast, you will be taken to Stellenbosch arriving at the eclectic Vergenoegd vineyard. Experience the estate's famous duck stampede', where 1,000 runner ducks parade in unison across the cellar door, before heading into the vines to remove any pesky snails. Afterwards, you will be taken through the art and science of blending, with a hands-on wine blending experience. Alternatively, the option of an olive oil blending class is also available. Enjoy a leisurely outdoor farm-to-table rustic lunch and estate tasting at Vergenoegd.

Day 4 - Afternoon
Stellenbosch - Elgin
Depart Stellenbosch and arrive in the cool climate elevated wine region of Elgin, where you will taste some of the country's finest whites and reds at the legendary vineyards of Paul Cluver &/or Iona. Check in to THE MARINE AT HERMANUS for your overnight stay.

Day 4 - Evening
Elgin
Dinner promises to be one of the tours 'wine and food pairing highlights. This evenings focus is exploring 5 basic taste sensations - umami (savoury), sweet, sour, salty and bitter, and learn why certain wine and food combinations do or don't pair well. (B, L, D)

Day 5 - Morning
Elgin
Spend the morning at leisure exploring the beach, cliff edges and charming village. Later, you will visit Oak Valley Estate where you will be hosted by restaurant owners Gordon and Emma for a sensational 'by the pool' lunch and tasting at their 'Pool Room' restaurant in Oak Valley.

Elgin
After lunch, enjoy a tour through Oak Valleys' expansive flower operations and see the array of stunning flowers, learning about the end-to-end processes of picking, sorting, packaging and delivery to retailers across the country.

Elgin
This evening will be spent at one of Bot River's leading vineyards – Wildekrans for your invitation only Winemakers dinner. Three of South Africa’s leading winemakers will join you for a fun evening as you enjoy a dining experience crafted by one of the country’s most gifted executive chefs.

Day 6 - Morning
Elgin – Stellenbosch
This morning you will return to Stellenbosch and experience a tasting tour in the vines at Waterford Estate and then onto the highest vineyard in Stellenbosch - Uva Mira for a personally tutored tasting with their chief winemaker Christiaan, paired with local farm-house cheeses at their private Manor House enjoying spectacular views across the Stellenbosch valley.

Day 6 - Afternoon
Stellenbosch – Cape Town
Return to Cape Town and enjoy a high tea experience, complete with bottomless MCC sparkling, at the city’s most famous and historic 5-star hotel - The Mount Nelson. You will be transferred by chauffeured limousine to your next destination in Cape Town which will mark the end of your tour. (B, L)
